• Drives store visuals and merchandising from planning to execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training of department and display candidates.
• Manages visual direction and merchandising processes to maximize sales and customer impact.
• Ensures store safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to policy.
