Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life through warm, authentic customer interactions and helpful style guidance.

You will contribute to a welcoming environment, assist customers in finding what they need, and maintain a well-presented store. You’ll support replenishment, uphold presentation standards, and efficiently handle purchases and returns at the cash wrap.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming service and assist customers with product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and keep the store visually consistent and organized.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and with a friendly checkout.
• Online Orders: Support omni-channel tasks including Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders.
