Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Brand Representative to bring the store experience to life, engage customers with care, and maintain a welcoming environment.

You’ll help customers find items, provide styling guidance, and ensure displays are well-presented across categories. You’ll also support replenishment, checkout operations, and seamless omni-channel interactions, including Save the Sale orders and ship-from-store packaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online orders, including saving sales, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store packaging.
