Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Perform floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and keeping the store safe and clean.
