Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a friendly checkout.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and pack ship-from-store orders.
