Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care and representing our brand authentically in Dedham, MA.

You will help create a welcoming environment, support product styling, and ensure a visually consistent sales floor. Role includes assisting with replenishment, processing purchases and returns, and enabling seamless omni‑channel services such as Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship‑from‑store orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs, initiate conversation comfortably, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
