Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor, replenishing merchandise, processing purchases, returns, and exchanges, and supporting online order fulfillment to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and fulfill ship-from-store orders.
