Job summary

Urban Outfitters in San Francisco is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life on the sales floor. You’ll connect with customers through personal style, pop culture, and authentic conversation at 80 Powell St. You’ll stay in the know on drops and trends, keep the space organized and visually on-brand, and help customers shop across in-store and online channels.

Nights and weekends required. The role emphasizes teamwork, energy, and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations and sharing your enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless by restocking, styling displays, and keeping the store organized and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers whether in-store, online or in-between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible and be willing to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a Team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
