Qualifications

• Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, and stand or move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service aligned with brand expectations and support sales and profit performance.
• Engage clients, expand the customer base, and participate in community outreach.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access.
• Maintain sales floor standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in team training and support store initiatives.
