Urban Outfitters is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the store to life with authentic connections, personal style, and trending products in Bloomington, MN. You’ll help customers shop—sharing enthusiasm for drops, promos, and the UO experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by showing up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations, keeping them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and sharing your enthusiasm for products you’re excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless by helping maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop space; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers how they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible by being open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different.
