Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Bloomington store to bring the Urban Outfitters experience to life through authentic conversations, fashion sense, and human connection.

You’ll help customers on the sales floor, stay in-the-know on drops, organize displays, and work with a team to create a fun, fast-paced shopping environment. Join a team that celebrates individuality and creativity, with opportunities to grow within the brand and participate in employee discounts

Qualifications

• Genuine love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.
• Confidently express your personal style and creativity.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what's happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you'll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers how they want to shop - in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
