You will contribute to delivering standout customer experiences, support POS processes, and participate in omni-channel requests while collaborating with teammates in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in California)
• Ability to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm for products
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock
• Support front and back of store duties including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate effectively within a team
