Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the store.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Operate front/back of store tasks including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests via digital experience.
• Work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Support loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
