Responsibilities

• Foster a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Support all store departments, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal sales goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying current on product launches and brand initiatives.
• Follow Crocs policies on asset protection, inventory, and compliance.
