In this role, you will assist across departments, stay informed on launches, and ensure adherence to Crocs policies while supporting a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and launches, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
