Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Contribute to a positive team culture with ideas, feedback and concerns.
• Assist in all store areas: POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom, and layout.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, stay informed on product launches and collaborations.
• Follow Crocs policies including asset protection and inventory control.
