Makemarks (Marks, propelis group) seeks a Project Manager for Retail Brand Experience to lead end-to-end projects from inception through delivery. The role is hybrid and based in Baltimore, MD, or Pittsburgh, PA, coordinating design, print production, and client management across multiple teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in project management, strong MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills, with a background in creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management (or related field).
• Experience in Creative Operations or Creative Project Management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative process including concept development and design; print production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Communicates project statuses across teams and clients.
• Identifies risks and suggests cost/time alternatives.
• Collaborates with creative, design, production, and client management.
• Manages day-to-day project operations and task delegation.
• Leads project planning meetings and acts as workflow SME.
• Audits and improves processes and workflows for efficiency.
