Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial or supervisor experience.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Second language skills a plus (Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, Chinese).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
• Genuine curiosity to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent storytelling and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily opening and closing responsibilities including POS and cash drawer closings.
• Serve as a role model to Store Support Associates and maintain professional standards.
• Manage client experience expectations to meet brand goals for every interaction.
• Learn and adhere to operational processes.
• Greet customers, identify connections to the brand, and style across categories.
• Maintain knowledge of arrivals, best sellers, and fit information.
• Support stock receiving and merchandising standards as directed.
• Assist with visual floor moves and maintain visuals.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives and drive YoY growth.
• Coordinate training and updates with store management and partners.
• Collect customer data at POS in compliance with guidelines.
