LOFT in Brea, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of sales associates. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to champion store standards, train new hires, and keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and timely decision making, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Pay ranges between $17.90 and $22.35 per hour USD, with eligibility for benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize deadlines.

Responsabilités
