Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 2 years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand preferred.
• Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS preferred.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store team on achieving key metrics and daily sales goals; meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing duties meeting company standards.
• Manage inventory to meet daily/weekly standards.
• Use visual merchandising to prepare products for display.
• Support Brand Ambassadors on training and product knowledge.
• Interact with customers to assess needs and drive product sales.
• Report to Retail Store Manager and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with training and onboarding.
