Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando. You will work with the Store Management team to ensure exceptional customer service and support brand standards and operations.

The role requires supervisory experience and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to selling models, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage.
• Supervise Sales Associates at times.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service following the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
