Qualifications

• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• A general understanding of cigars and the Cigar Industry is preferred by not required.

Responsibilities

• Formulating strategic business development plans to ensure brand growth.
• Assist in setting standards and objectives for retail sales staff.
• Educating sales team on company goals and customer service standards.
• Overseeing daily retail associate routines and ensuring efficiency.
• Managing Labor hours to reach hourly wage goals set by the store Manager.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
