Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Stylist for FP Movement at our Manhattan Beach store. You will help drive sales by sharing product knowledge and delivering genuine service to customers on the sales floor.

As a Brand Experience team member, you will engage with guests, promote FP Movement events, and collaborate with fitness partners while maintaining visual standards and store operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values and drive the store experience on the sales floor with an energized pace.
• Initiate conversation and interact with the customer in a personalized, genuine way; connect with shared passions of wellness and active lifestyle.
• Promote FP Movement events and collaborate with fitness and wellness partners to drive engagement.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on events and offers in store and online to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards and support safety and inventory processes.
