Job summary

ID+A Design in Louisville, KY is seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to blend front‑of‑house hospitality with office operations and marketing support. You’ll be the face of the brand, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations while assisting events, social media, and client experiences.

You will work with Leadership, the Sales & Design teams, and the Marketing Coordinator to execute branding strategies across Louisville, Lexington, Evansville, and Nashville, maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, office management, marketing, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + Teams.
• Knowledgeable of Acrobat; Canva, InDesign, or Photoshop a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience in reception, delivering a warm, professional first impression.
• Maintain office operations, scheduling, supplies, and coordination of internal/external requests.
• Support brand/marketing plan and digital/analog tools for consistency.
• Provide digital marketing support: social media, website updates, case studies.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and space rentals with leadership guidance.
• Develop relationships with vendors and navigate cross‑functional teamwork.
