Adecco Creative & Marketing is searching for a detail-driven, hospitality-minded professional to join the experience center team of a premier luxury appliance brand in Louisville, KY. This role will oversee guest visit logistics, manage VIP client relationships, and coordinate high-touch service resolutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can deliver a polished, elevated experience for high-profile clientele.

This part-time contract position runs through the end of 2025, with a schedule of four days onsite each week at the Louisville, KY Experience Center. The pay range is $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all guest visit logistics, including travel, lodging, and detailed itineraries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after visits, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide personalized product guidance to VIP clients, including designers, builders, and notable consumers.
• Manage VIP service issues in partnership with internal support teams, ensuring white-glove resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality, premium brand operations, or client services.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus).
