Job summary

Jamestown is seeking an entry‑level Creative & Marketing Coordinator in Newport, KY. You will support the Creative & Marketing department with event coordination, basic design, social media, and general administrative tasks across real estate projects in the Southeast U.S.

You’ll work closely with VPs to learn project management basics, manage calendars, and assist with market research and asset materials, while occasionally supporting Washington, DC region projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in the field.
• Experience with marketing, events, and design support is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support: proofreading, formatting, and social templates updates.
• Assist with basic design tasks and simple collateral edits.
• Coordinate sourcing, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Support events: planning, vendor coordination, and on-site help during property events.
