Job summary

Toast is seeking a Brand Experience Designer to define and build the consumer-facing brand across product and marketing. You’ll shape how the brand looks, sounds, and behaves end to end, from in-app moments to restaurant touchpoints, in a role that blends product design with brand storytelling.

You’ll work with a small Consumer Design team, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure the brand is distinctive, trusted, and alive across all diners’ experiences.

Qualifications

• Brand and identity system experience.
• Product design collaboration experience.
• Ability to communicate design rationale to non-designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a complete consumer brand identity system across touchpoints.
• Partner with product design to bring the brand into onboarding, celebrations, and transitions.
• Shape brand across marketing, growth, and lifecycle communications.
