Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product features, and help with purchases in a busy retail setting.

You’ll resolve customer issues, assist with omnichannel shopping, and promote promotions and the loyalty program while maintaining a safe, clean store. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
