Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key vendor partner to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager for ALICE+OLIVIA, FRAME, and rag & bone.
• Cultivate customer experience and product presentation.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and store teams to maintain brand standards.
• Motivate store partners to achieve brand sales goals.
• Lead product knowledge and selling education for all three brands.
• Report on daily KPIs, weekly recaps and seasonal performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and grow business.
• Foster a customer-centric team culture.
