Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as liaison between brand and retail environments, performing recurring one-hour visits twice per month.

Starting immediately upon certification, you will verify product presentation, report findings via the ThirdChannel App, and help maintain brand visibility across your assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, submit surveys, and upload real-time data and photos.
