ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. Visits are one hour, scheduled twice per month, with certification required before start. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start dates.

As the liaison between brand and retail locations, you will ensure product quality, elevate brand presence, and report findings through the ThirdChannel App.

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, engaging personality required; strong relationship-building.
• High attention to detail; reliable and professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus; certification required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct structured in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Begin with an audit on first visit, follow up to resolve issues, advance to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving display or brand issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
