Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/consumer electronics brand. This independent contractor role supports retail environments with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates after certification.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total locations varying by market. You will use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and report findings, acting as the liaison

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and very professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Access to a smartphone with internet (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit, follow-ups, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data.
