Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates upon certification.

• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
