Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and strong brand presence.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each. The role offers flexible, supplemental income with immediate start dates after certification and requires transportation and a personal smart device.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Owns a smart device with connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/telecom/consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-ups and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff to resolve brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits and submit data/photos in real time.
