Urban Outfitters in Columbia, SC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through genuine connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You will help customers create a shopping experience that feels authentic, fun, and uniquely UO.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to express personal style and creativity.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying on trend and sharing product knowledge.
• Create energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking and styling displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers' in-store or online shopping.
• Stay curious, flexible, and learn as you go.
• Work as a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
