Job summary

Rothy’s Brooklyn (Williamsburg) seeks a part-time Retail Ambassador to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor, embodying the brand values in every interaction and helping customers find their perfect fit.

You will drive personal sales, build lasting relationships through clienteling, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture while assisting with light operational tasks like stock replenishment and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, with peak days Fri–Sun and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Drive personal sales and results and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in strong clienteling practices
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service driven store culture by modeling collaborative, team focused behavior
• Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness
• Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance
