Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Woodburn, OR is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AE & Aerie experience to life. You’ll welcome guests, educate them on products, and build brand loyalty with every visit.

You’ll represent our values, deliver an amazing shopping experience, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to keep store operations smooth. Prior retail love of AE/Aerie helps.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a 'friends first' mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and make product suggestions to fit guest needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver who resolves guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player who helps your team get the job done.
• You adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.
