Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Bend, Oregon seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life in-store. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences and promote products with enthusiasm. This role is ideal for someone who loves retail, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to grow with the AE family.

You’ll be the face of the brand, championing customer service, teamwork, and a positive store atmosphere. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Able to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products to inspire guests.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus for this role.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the brand and deliver excellent guest service.
• Promote AE & Aerie products and drive brand loyalty with customers.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Engage with guests to build a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
• Support in-store brand initiatives and contests.
