Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Murfreesboro, TN. You will engage with guests to create a memorable shopping experience, sharing product insights and helping them find perfect fits while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

You’ll promote AE loyalty programs and be flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom roles. AEO values teamwork, integrity and guest satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Explain and promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
