If you enjoy self-expression, staying on top of trends, and connecting with people, this is your space. No formal experience required, but retail or customer service is a plus; scheduling is flexible to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: Be yourself—your individuality and energy shape the UO experience; stay informed on drops and trends.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, restocked, and on-brand across spaces.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or across channels.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: try new things and adapt as daily needs change.
• Work as a Team: support coworkers and contribute to a positive store culture.
