• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and enthusiasm.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the space organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support shopping across in-store and online.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be ready to adapt and try new things daily.
