Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life in-store through authentic conversations, personal style, and a love for pop culture.

You will engage customers, share exclusive drops, and help create memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized, on-brand sales floor, assisting customers across shopping channels, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by engaging in-store with customers and sharing product drops and trends.
• Create the energy on the sales floor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by maintaining an organized, on-brand, easy-to-shop space; assist with restocking and displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ shopping across in-store, online, or hybrid approaches.
• Stay curious and flexible, willing to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a team to support colleagues and keep the store a positive place to be.
