Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests, educate them on product details, and propose suggestions to fit their needs.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
