URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll create authentic experiences, stay in the know on drops, and help customers shop in-store, online, or via other channels.

You’ll engage customers with energy, style, and product knowledge, maintain an inspiring space, and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable shopping experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to express personal style and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
