Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to customers.
• Flexibly assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns in line with company policy.
• Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
