Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Bethel Park is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You will champion AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and represent the brand with energy and integrity.

You'll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, using the AE Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they want while delivering friendly service and brand pride.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products.
• Willingness to learn the AE Selling Model and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
