Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store teams.

This frontline role requires daily store visits, order placement via iPad and Salesforce, adherence to RTM plans, and a focus on safety. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products as required.
