Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in California to bring top brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and order products via iPad to keep items in stock while following RTM plans.

The role requires driving, physical activity, and strong customer service. Ideal candidates are 18+, with Real ID or federal ID, able to drive their own vehicle, and with a positive, independent work attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID or alternative federal ID.
• Able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lbs; physical duties required.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lake Forest, CA (secondary locations Las Viejo area).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties.
