Branded Environments is seeking a Designer II to translate design briefs into coordinated environmental graphics, interior branding, and wayfinding concepts. The role emphasizes independent work, thoughtful design, and clear communication to balance ambition with project scope and budget.

The ideal candidate demonstrates experience across branding, environmental graphics, and interior environments, and collaborates with project teams, fabricators, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.

Formación

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in branded environments or related fields.
• Understanding of how brand strategy, storytelling, environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding come together.
• Experience developing design concepts and carrying work through documentation and production.
• Ability to read and develop plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and production files.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, incorporate feedback, manage multiple assignments, and flag risks early.
• Familiarity with materials, fabrication methods, specifications, and construction coordination is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop branded environment concepts and design solutions across interiors, graphics, signage, and storytelling.
• Translate briefs into coordinated plans, diagrams, elevations, color studies, schedules, and visualizations.
• Support concept development through research, precedent studies, exploration, and iteration.
• Apply principles of form, color, texture, and proportion to project work.
• Prepare presentation materials and contribute to client sessions and reviews.
• Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups, and respond to feedback.
• Conduct site visits, document conditions, and take field measurements as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day design tasks with teams, vendors, and consultants; raise issues early.
• Manage workload and deadlines, communicating progress and needs clearly.
• Review work for accuracy and alignment with project goals and firm standards.
