Job summary

Carter's Retail Inc. is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager in Ohio to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and drive sales while coaching a team to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

You’ll lead with a positive, inclusive environment, manage a defined business focus area, and ensure exemplary customer service across the sales floor and back-end operations.

• Lead and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and promotions.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and raisePerformance concerns when needed.
• Support asset protection through consistent customer service and safety practices.
